Shipping fees 

At the moment, Lilac Stella only ships to the United States. Orders less than $60 incur a rate of shipping fee of $8.95 ($11.95 to remote areas). Orders over $60 within the US automatically qualify for complimentary shipping.

We are currently working on adding more shipping destinations. If you’d like to keep informed when we ship internationally, please contact us at hello@lilacstella.com.au.

How long will my delivery take?

Our standard shipping normally takes 2 business days from date of dispatch within Sydney, other capital cities may vary from 3 to 9 business days. Delivery to remote areas could take up to 14 days. All parcels come with a tracking number and will be sent to the email address attached to your order. 
 
Returns

We want to make sure everyone in the community will receive the product with no issue of hygiene. With that in mind, we won’t accept return once the product is unsealed to comply with strict health and safety regulations.
If you’ve changed your mind about the nail designs, we are happy to process the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of product in full (including the package) within 14 days of purchase. The status of your return is at the discretion of Lilac Stella. To lodge a return please email hello@lilacstella.com.au.

Lost package

If you believe that your package is lost, please contact Sendle using the link in your shipping confirmation email within 20 business days of the estimated delivery time. If you do not contact Sendle within 20 business days, we will not be able to provide a refund or send out new product.
